We’re not Domino’s—we take our inspiration from the original pizza bars of Naples, where simple, time-honored flavors speak for themselves. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, and definitely no pineapple (sorry, not sorry).
We source high-quality Italian meats from a trusted local supplier, use only the freshest hand-prepped vegetables, and craft our signature tomato sauce with our favorite brand of crushed tomatoes for that rich, authentic taste.
Neapolitan pizza is our style—the original, the classic, the first of its kind. Expect a thin, slightly floppy base with a beautifully airy yet crisp crust. It’s all about the dough—the heart of any great pizza. Ours is made in-house with just four ingredients: flour, water, yeast, and salt, then slow-proved for 36 hours to develop maximum flavor.
Every pizza is hand-stretched, topped with premium Italian ingredients, and finished to perfection—because from the very first bite, it should slap.

Mimmo’s Pizza was born from the passion of two friends who share a love for well-executed, delicious Neapolitan pizza. Operating from a converted horsebox, we’ve created a fully equipped mobile pizzeria—complete with a top-rated (5-star hygiene) food prep area and two blazing-hot gas ovens that turn out perfectly cooked pizzas every time.
It all started with private parties in our hometown of Preston, but before long, we were popping up at bars across Lancashire and serving up slices at major festivals throughout the North West.
